My sports bras were a few years old and I threw out the pads because they were removable which really irritated me,but I needed more "coverage" so I bought these and hand sewed them in place.It saved me from buying 2 new sports bras and as a mom on a budget,I was really happy about that.If you need replacement pads,buy these

These look like they are shaped for support in the photos, but they are SUPER thin and barely curve! They come shrink wrapped flat and do expand to curve a little bit, but they are more of a nipple cover than a shaper for a sports bra. ...Not what I am looking for.

When the fabric came off of the old sports bra inserts, they were hard to arrange, these slide right in.
