The chain is very pretty but the edges of the box chain design are very scratchy and pinch.

If you are a heavier person or have a thick neck, this necklace will not fit on you how it's shown in things like chain measuring charts and stuff. I feel like there's zero difference between this chain and my other 20 inch chains. I bought the 24 inch chain hoping it would hang a bit lower, but it made almost no difference. If you are not looking for a chain that hangs low, however, this is a decent quality chain that does well for things like pendants and chunky jewelry that might be too large to fit well with a teeny tiny little necklace chain.
