I recently renovated our master bathroom which included porcelain floor tiles and to say the least we are very glad we installed this within our new floor. For example, in the early morning hours we noticed the temperature difference between the floor area which is warmed and those that aren’t (e.g., to the side of the toilet) and we certainly appreciate having the warmth and confort of this product. The radiant heat also provides additional warmth throughout our bathroom. With the programmable thermostat we set it to our schedule and it has an option to temporarily reprogram the schedule. We certainly enjoy and highly recommend this product.

ok, I would give the radiant floor itself a 5 stars because it works very well. I bought this same brand since 2017 for a total of at least 6 sets (different sizes) for my vacation home and my primary. One of the thermostats which I bought in July 2019 stopped the programming function. So I contacted the seller about the issue. At first, the seller wanted us to ship the defective part back first THEN they would ship the replacement. Now, we are talking about in the middle of winter. If we take the thermostat out, we would be out of heat for at least one week. I totally understand they don't just want to ship something out without any credit in their hand. I even offered them to charge me first if they don't feel comfortable about shipping the replacement first. So they finally agreed to ship the replacement first without charging me. And we got the replacement within a few days (and that's why I gave it a 2 start instead of 1 star).ok, after putting the replacement up and confirmed it worked, I immediately told the seller I would ship it out asap because I know they would be waiting for the defective product. So I went to UPS to make sure I would get a tracking # so that the seller could track the shipment. The shipping cost was $12.48. And since it was a defect, I asked whether I could get the reimbursement on the shipping cost. Their responds was, "You are responsible for the shipping cost." Seriously???!!! If you don't want to pay for the shipping cost, may be throw me something like, "oh, I am so sorry, but our policy is.... and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause you..." NOPE, it just said it's my responsibility. Is it my responsibility that the thermostat broke down in 6 months????!!!Now, let's hope my replacement works

This is a great product but get a professional to install. Make sure you keep in mind if you need to bolt anything to the floor of drill for plumbing so you don’t cut a cord. The floor heats right up. This is the second time I have bought this. The first one is about 18 months old and works great.

What a difference the radiant flooring makes. While it is a bit challenging to put down as far as making sure the floor is level, it is worth it. It's like having an electric blanket for your feet in the morning. We should have ordered more to include the closets! So far no problems and works as described

I ordered 3 of these mats in 3 different sizes: 15' 20' and 60'. They work beautifully under my new porcelain tile floors. However, I would like to warn you about this line in the 60':60 Square Foot Under Tile Heating Mat, Mat is 20" Wide x 36' Long, (consists of 2 mats) 120 VoltsThere is only 1 mat 60' long, not two. Otherwise, terrific and I'm hoping it saves energy and money this winter.
