These are junk. The battery runs out in only a few weeks and you have to pay a subscription to save videos up to 30 days. My original Arlos lasted longer and kept recordings by default for free.

I highly recommend these. Easy to install and they have really good image quality. I paid more for the subscription so that I can get longer recordings and storage and also other features that the free app doesn’t give. These are set up all around my house and give me so much peace of mind. I highly recommend Arlo!

I have some Arlos that I got when they first came out. They are simple and reliable and, naturally, will soon stop working because of the announced end-of-life. Again as expected, the new version is more complicated, performs slowed, and has a number of features that are really not helpful. Plus subscriptions now cost more.These cameras are still very good but I wish the simple, excellent, non-PII-exposing Arlo that was part of Netgear would come back. 4 stars because these cameras work well, one star off because of dubious improvements, lack of support for older gear, and more expensive subscriptions.

Es increíble que Amazon se preste a vender productos que no son operativos en México y ellos lo saben te hacen perder tiempo y dinero ,estas cámaras no son compatibles en México y cero soporte técnico que tienen puro chat robot mega limitado una BURLA

Yo adquiri este articulo directamente en una tienda fisica en USA pero mi sorpresa es de que no funcionan en MEXICO ya que se requiere jna cuenta en USA es necesario un VPN pero es muy laborioso. Saludos.!!

Las cámaras como tal no tienen ningún problema, a este modelo no se les puede extraer la batería y aún no funcionan en México, una solución para esto es crear una cuenta en USA para funcionen en otro país.

If I could rate Arlo a zero, I would. Arlo cameras and app used to be good products. The new app requires a monthly subscription to record video! Something that was not made clear in the Q&A’s when I researched items on Amazon. Now the 30 day ‘free trial’ has ended along with the 30 day return policy. The new app is very complicated to use, if it works. It is very time consuming to go in and turn cameras on and off one at a time. Cameras are glitchy. Go to Google Play Store to see more reviews. I used to be a huge fan of Arlo. Now I wish I had purchased a different security camera brand.
