Pros- this machine is very easy to use and very quickCons- the machine gets very 'dirty' quickly (powdery and gluey)Cons- the machine is making too much formulaCons- no customer service. I have a soy formula which I'm not sure if its compatible but after multiple emails/ calls (even speaking to Canada who couldn't help). I still don't know if it's possible.

Worth every penny. We do not have a single complaint. Easy to operate, very fast, and great quality!! The information screen tells you when water is low, components need cleaned, and when the lid isnt fully closed. We loved it so much we bought more of there products
