This magnetic knife holder is really strong and holds knives in place very well. Previously, I used two IKEA magnets because one alone couldn't properly hold large knives like Dalstrong's Gladiator series. I like the simple and elegant look of this magnet.

Looks and feels nice quality and I like the silicone padding to protect the knife blades. Holds knives very well. The only negative for me was that it is mounted to the wall by the magnets attaching to a steel mounting plate. I had to pull it off the mounting and all of the magnets stayed on the wall with the mounting plate. As they are glued together, I just re-attached the magnets with more glue rather than return it.

I have not had any issues with the bar and the magnetic power like some other folks. This holds the knifes of all shapes and sizes with no problem.The only issue I did have is the hardware (screw and drywall piece) were not strong enough. The first time I tried to remove a knife the whole bar practically came out of the wall. Other than that looks good, and works well.

Nachdem ich schon mehrere Magnetmesserleisten ausprobiert hatte und bisher alle nichts taugten, da die Messer nur schlecht bis fast garnicht daran hafteten und von der Leiste herrunterrutschten, hatte ich mich letztentlich für die DALSTRONG Magnetic Bar Silicone - Messerleiste entschieden und habe es in keinster Weise bereut. Die Messer halten perfekt und bleiben durch die Silikonoberfläche von Kratzern verschont.Die Leiste macht was sie soll und darüber hinaus sogar noch etwas mehr, denn sie sieht einfach toll aus undist auch ein schöner Blickfang in meiner Küche, über den ich mich jeden Tag auf's Neue freue.

I really like the quality of this knife magnet strip. Unfortunately, it's a bit thin so the handle of my big chef's knife hits the wall and made an indent. Now we have to be super careful and make sure the knife is slanted on the magnet to avoid worse damage to the wall. Suuuuuper bummed since this was definitely not one of the inexpensive options on Amazon!
