It fits loose on my 5/8" wheel arbor. So it runs out of balance. Not the worst, but I was expecting 10mm hole that I could drill out with a 39/64" drill to make it a tight fit on the arbor.I tried it on a rusty axe head, that had scaled rust, it could not remove the scale, but on other areas it was not aggressive enough to make the steel have a satin shine on the non corroded surface. I tried copper and aluminum. Left a nice satin surface.

The wheel cuts fairly well but the fibers are loose. The wheel rapidly disintegrates into a cloud of abrasive dust when any steel component is pressed against it. This wheel is best used with a vacuum attachment in place.I gather that the "P" rating denotes this condition (hardness of the wheel?) and I have another wheel with a higher P-rating on the way already. I typically get several years out of a 3M or Beartex wheel, I doubt this one will make it for more than a month or two, but the price is right for the quality.
