The case itself looks fine, but the combination lock was completely defective. I tried everything, and it simply wouldn’t open. I contacted the seller, but instead of offering a replacement or any kind of help, they wasted my time with unhelpful instructions—only to later say they don’t offer replacements or warranties.If you expect working parts and actual support, look elsewhere. I returned the product and will never buy from this seller again.Updated Feedback:The case itself looked fine, but the combination lock was completely defective — it would not open no matter what I tried. Eventually, they told me they don’t offer replacements or warranties.To make matters worse, after I left a review, the seller messaged me saying:“If you have time, you can try 999 times to find the correct number and open it, haha.”Yes, that was their idea of customer service — sarcasm and jokes about a defective product.If you want a working product and a seller who actually respects customers, look elsewhere. Returning the product was the best part of this entire experience.

Lock broke first night at league had to pry open to get my stuff to play. Then went to return but says you need box! I wasn't planning on returning so I threw box away in apartment dumpster no way to retrieve box. CALLING to see if Amazon will help I spend tons.
