Somewhat confusing piece of equipment.The sawtooth cutters are extremely “Cheap.”Would not buy again.

I do not like the fact that it's not left hand friendly.However, I'm used to that.I do not like the fact that the tape dispenser in the middle travel.Sweet to the left, getting jammed up.And I do not like the fact that the take dispenser slides all over the deck. That being said, the concept is good because it cuts just the right amount of tape or the right length of tip.But again it slides on the desk so you can't control it.

The dispenser is study and does the job it’s intended to do. The tape on the other hand that comes with it is trash. Not heat resistant at all. I would but it again if needed just for the dispenser itself.

Works great but the large piece for heat transfer tape is too large so your tape slides all over the place unless you completely fill the space. So I'm only using 1 tape but I have a few in there to hold it steady.Also the side tape roller for manual pieces is kind of wonky. Maybe cuz I'm not using a 1" tape? It is hard to slice and falls down off the thing a lot. Will buy some 1" rolls and see if that works better.

Update:: they reached out to me and took care of me! Great customer service.So at first I was really enjoying it. But the tape holder keeps popping out. Not sure if it’s defected or what. I’m a week past return date. Blade on single dispense seems dull too.
