Like is great, modern, and just like the pictures. Have to say that customer service is excellent. One of the lampshades broke after we had the light up for more than a year and customer service has promptly offered to send a replacement. Will update when we receive the replacement.

The chandelier is beautiful, and we absolutely love how the smoked glass ties the stainless appliances in with the other gold & black accents in our open-concept dining area to the kitchen. The product is well made for the price. The only downside; the bulbs they provide don’t cast much light, so we’ll need to purchase brighter LEDs.

It came with manufacturing defect. Thread of one of the rods was bad. Could not tighten, remained lose after assembly. Repackaging was very tough as I could not unscrew the rod. Overall very poor quality and look. Returned.

Comes in pieces but once put together it is stunning! The smoked glass doesn’t dim the light a lot but just enough to create a nice glow. Used 60W soft light lightbulbs. Absolutely satisfied, looks elegant and high quality.

Some of the glass shades have small scratches on them on the inside. I found the light slow and tricky to assemble (no instructions) but easy to hang. Comes with an adapter for a sloped ceiling.
