Bought this as a present for my husband who has recently started yoga and he was pleased with it.The mug has mainly men doing the poses in the pictures so is suitable for a man (but would be OK for a woman too).The box also contains a drinks mat made out of the same material as our yoga mats which made me laugh as I've not see that before.

Perfect gift for a yoga/chakra lover. I bought it for my fiance for Christmas. He gets clumsy and has a crack going down his one coffee mug so I figured I'd get him a new one so he'd have it when the old one completely breaks. This one is nice! I love the colors, and I love how the inside is blue. I haven't seen many mugs where the outside is white and the inside blue. It also comes with the foam coaster, and a piece of paper that gives you a website to check out that tells you how to use it properly (which is a joke, but its HILARIOUS!) The mug seems like a stadard quality ceramic. Overall great gift!
