Pros: Sturdy, nice size and the wood grain is beautiful. Rolling out pie and tart dough is going to be a breeze.Cons: Came slightly rough to the touch, finishing could have been better. Benefits from arm grease to sand the surface lightly and seal with tiniest bit of mineral oil/beeswax. Wood was dry out of the box, which may have contributed to some minor cracks and cosmetic imperfections. No wood piece is going to be perfect at this price, but with a little work, this piece comes pretty darn close.
