I love the way it lights up the room. It looks amazing in our hunting lodge. The installation took me hours- mainly because of the directions. They are bad.Here is a sample sentence straight from the manual: “Connect the main wire, two white wires, and then connect the other two white wire terminals.”I kind of understand what they are saying, but the pictures are useless. They have a picture of three white wires and a red wire. I’m assuming that this is for instructional purposes, but it’s too hard to see.It’s a good thing that I know what I’m doing because at some point I had to just improvise. I wouldn’t try to tackle this job alone.I can give it 3 stars because it’s such a beautiful and durable fixture. The instructions just need help. LOTS of it. The other reviews on Amazon speak of a video that helps you install it, but I didn’t know there was a video out there to watch

Beautiful fixture , relatively simple to put together with help of video instructions. Had it installed to high ceiling knowing it would be a smidge high with a max length of 110" per specs. Electric wire was only 93" - nearly one and a half foot short - making the fixture 17 inches (or more) higher than described since you also need to use part of that wire to install it in the ceiling with electrical output. Discovered this at installation. Too difficult to send back once assembled, would be expensive to have the installer come back to reinstall it if tried to replace the wire. Electrician would not trade out the wire. It looks good but hangs very high. Seller should update specs. For those looking for a fixture for 18 ft ceiling, probably the 33 bulb fixture of this model would be better as it comes with longer cord and chain. Product is nice though.

It’s a job to put together for sure, took me a couple of hours but it was straightforward. You may need to look over the wiring part videos and go slow.Remember the main wire goes through a slot below the screw on the top of the middle hole where the boom fits (see photos).I’m very happy about the purchase, good value for money.

I love this light. This was a super affordable product versus other manufacturers. That said, be prepared to spend 3+ hours building and installing this fixture. Also beware that it is extremely fragile. The aluminum parts are pretty cheap and will bend if not supported properly. I really liked the install video since the physical instructions are not very good.
