My son is a big and tall twenty year old. These fit him perfectly. The 40" waste worked for him and he is 6'1 250ish. Not too long or too short. Material is worth paying a bit more, it really is worth the higher quality. He's says they feel good. Uses for indoor swimming casual exercise. Will buy again in other colors when these wear out a bit. We did price comparison on different sites and Amazon offered the best option. Free and fast shipping with prime, comparable costs to other sites, and easy returns if not satisfied. We try to avoid putting them in the dryer which your supposed to, but even after accidentally putting them in the dryer, they held up good. Probably shouldn't make a habit out of that though.
