I was hesitant at first, but did some research into the benefits of grounding and wanted to try it. So trying sheets with this ability certainly cannot hurt. I don't always have time to walk barefoot on the ground, nor is the weather always on my side. So this is a smarter solution. You do need an outlet nearby the bed, and this simply plugs into the ground part safely. I work some crazy hours at times, but yet it felt like I was sleeping better and more deeply through the night. Less achy when I awake. The fitted sheet is nice and soft feeling, and doesn't appear to be different from other sheets aside from the plug that will go into the ground. We luckily have a plug right at the head of the bed that this is ground into easily. Do make sure to follow washing instructions to preserve that grounding ability! For there are silver like threads through the fabric that washing errors can hurt this grounding ability.

The plug port can be in two places , it's only on one side.

I regularly use a grounding mat and have noticed an improvement in the inflammation of my feet, so I thought the next best step was to purchase a grounding sheet to sleep on. I have been using this grounding sheet for almost a month, and although I haven't noticed a remarkable instant improvement, I definitely realize I am sleeping a bit better, and my legs don't hurt as much throughout the night. I thought this sheet would be flimsy; however, it is well made and fits my queen-size mattress and the additional 3" topper I have on it very well. I also toss and turn a lot at night and this fitted grounding sheet holds in place well under those conditions. Overall, this is a good product and I am happy with this purchase.

Call me crazy but both my partner and I have noticed a difference in our sleep. I really feel like this grounding sheet has helped me fall asleep quicker and get better sleep. Had lasted several washes and hasn’t lost functionality. Fits our king size bed well and was well worth buying for us

The sheet is soft durable material. I've been using grounding mats for some time and I love the sheet the most. The difference in my sleep isn't Earth shattering but it does allow me to fall asleep faster and sleep longer. My only gripe with grounding sheets in general is that they don't come with top sheets so you never have a matching sheet set but that's industry standard if I can recommend one change across and Industry it would be to include a matching talk sheet necessarily a grounding top sheet for just a top sheet that matches the color and the fabric
