I only buy Silpat baking sheets bc they are consistently good quality. I’ve owned several that are over 10 years and still works great. These sheets are great for general baking, but if you make macarons, they are a must for clean, rounded shapes that are uniform. It’s also gives a nice clean release on the bottom of the cookies. Only con (for me) is that the printed size of the circles are larger than my average macarons, the circles are 2” large. I like to make my macarons 1.5”. I also bought the “used”, “like new” mat, which saves some money but are in great conditions without any visual signs of use. Highly recommend the “used” version.

Llegó antes del tiempo, bien empacado, ya usé haciendo macarons y se ver perfecto. Mi encantó y estoy muy contenta con la compra, en el próximo mes voy comprar outro hasta que todos mis tapetes sea silpat.
