Overall I'm quite happy with this product! It looks and feels like a quality item, and it has greatly improved the functionality of this area of countertop in my kitchen.This listing is for the set that comes WITH the side utensil holder and the hanging shelves (there was some confusion among reviews, as there are multiple listings each with its own set of features. The confusion is because the photos sometimes show extra pieces).On unwrapping and installation:Packaged well, each piece wrapped in tissue paper to prevent scratching.Nothing damaged on arrival, no pieces missing.The instructions are inside the cardboard casing around the tension rods - I'm finding it helps to locate these *before* starting installation. :)A small warning: Once you lock the plastic piece with the lever (which holds the utensil holder), it is nearly impossible to unlock it. Ensure it's oriented in the right direction before locking it!One small difference compared to the photos: The hangers for the shelf portion are white coated metal, not stainless as seen in the photos. In my opinion this is an improvement in the look of the product.Overall very happy!

When product is extended to the longest, it is not very sturdy. Thought it would be taller. Did not end up using as intended but works well for what I now use it for.

調理器具を壁掛けできるキッチンにあこがれており、そういった環境を即席に構築できぐ器具。上下突っ張るだけで完成なので、キッチンの寸法とかを選ばすに、使うことができます。フックの数も、備え付けの数では足りない場合は、追加することもできますし、とても便利です。

Online it's described as being up to 24" high and 20" wide.After unpacking I noticed that the installation manual mentions that it's actually 20" high and 24" wide.These measurements are unfortunately too short and it won't reach up to my kitchen boards by a good 2".I'll have to find something with which to prop it up now, but ultimately it's going to come in handy I think.
