I'm about to order my third one of these cones because they keep breaking but I can't use the juicer without it so I'm forced to buy it anyway. It's a really good juicer with a bad plastic cone.

Top broke off completely within 8 months. I'm stuck so I have to reorder or else purchase a new juicer which I can't afford. The first part lasted a little over a year. I use the juicer once a week for lemons. It has never been abused. This piece is obviously made cheaply.

Product came quickly, packaged well, in a small box. After unboxing, cleaned it, and used some needle nose pliers to pop to old one out. The new one snapped right into place. 5 minutes. Great product and great service. Thank you.

I love this juicer and use it almost daily, so when the cone finally cracked I was pleased that I could replace the one part and not have to buy a whole new juicer. The replacement cone is perfect.
