After reading several reviews from this company and similar issues like I’m having, I assumed after a long period of time they received some of the past negative reviews they would’ve taken that into account for better packaging, but apparently not. After receiving item I noticed the right side latch was kind of finicky and wouldn’t latch after opening. I notice the side was bowed out a little bit so I straighten the outside and got it latch to work a little better, inspected the rest of the case and noticed a large dent on the lid on the bottom corner. No way to contact support so need to return and order something else I guess. Just another update here. We are the week before Christmas a few months later in the whole backing let go on the lid of the briefcase that holds your files. Complete junk.
